YF/YFG 60210 Fluting / Grinding Machines

Overview
The YF/YFG 60210 models are designed for the largest industrial rolls, including flaking rolls with diameters up to 670 mm and body lengths up to 2,100 mm (84”). This model allows users to flute and grind very large rolls efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality results for industrial milling operations.

Working Principle
Fluting Operation: The machine automatically calculates the flute depth based on the flow sheet input via the touch panel, eliminating human error.
Grinding Cycle: Simple and user-friendly; operators enter the total cut and select one of the pre-defined grinding shapes (Cylindrical, Chamfer, or Camber).

Ensures a uniform cylindrical shape along the roll length.

The grinding head moves automatically according to the parameters you set, achieving precise chamfered edges.
